Applied AI Mastery for Banking Operations

Bootcamp- 2 days

Participants will be able to operate key AI tools relevant to their banking role with practical confidence — not as passive users, but as informed professionals who know what the tool can do, what it cannot, and when human judgement must take over.

Participants rotate through several tool stations, each with a specific banking task to complete using an AI tool: Station 1 — Generative AI Prompting (ChatGPT / Claude) etc

Using case study handouts and brief guided research — participants will build a dual-layer timeline: one layer showing global banking AI milestones, and a second layer mapping their own bank's (or a sample Nigerian bank's) technology journey against it
